Motorcycle radiators

We are Maitland's Motorcycle Radiator specialist and offer a product knowledge to our motorbike riding customers that ensures repeat business. We have an in-house specialist not only for motorcycle radiators but also for repairs to cracked or damaged frames and manufacture of disc brake, radiator and sump guards.

Our motorcycle radiator repairs can also be used for work on four wheel bikes often used in the farming or custom made for quad racers using thick cores and dimpled tubes.

As with our auto radiator repair services we can re core, repair or replace motorcycle radiators and we stock some aftermarket replacement motorcycle radiators. Our re cored radiators are much sturdier than the original, with 2mm header plates and 3mm sidebands which tie the core together for added strength, plus tig all hose fittings for extra reliability.

We also flush and pressure test your motorcycle's cooling system.
